![]() There are a lot of intuitive controls that speed up the process, too, including automatic gap filling and an overlay channel that sits beneath the primary video on the timeline. ![]() When we reviewed it, we found it to be one of the most simple, well-designed, and attractive video editing interfaces we've used to date. While beginners might still be freaked out by the apparent complexity of the interface (in which case, we'd recommend Premiere Elements, below), those who've used any type of video editing tool before will find it pretty easy to pick up and run with. We rate CyberLink PowerDirector 365 as the best video editing software for non-pros who have some experience of editing video. In which case, you'd be better off with a cheaper, simpler, middleweight video editor. If you're not working as a professional video editor but do a lot of editing (as a YouTuber or TikToker, for example) Premiere Pro may be overkill. The best mid-level video editing software See our full Davinci Resolve Studio review for more on our experience with the software. If you're looking for a full-feature package that can do it all for a one-off price, DaVinci Resolve is our recommendation. "It comes with all the industry-leading colour grading tools but includes some next-gen tools such as auto-subtitling and transcribing tools." Its interface can take a bit of getting used to, but shouldn't be too much of a problem if you're used to video editing. "I love this version of Resolve," said our reviewer. And most of all, we love that you can everything you need to in video editing within a single app, without the need to open and manage various different apps to achieve the best results. We also love its new Relight tool, which analyses your images and creates associated normal maps. We find its colour-grading options truly excel, but so does its smart video-stabilisation tool, and its built-in audio mixing abilities are powerful and capable. It's colour grading where Davinci began before expanding into a fully fledged video editor. The paid version offers better performance for bigger projects (it can use multiple GPUs) and a lot of extra tools, including Magic Mask and depth maps for colour grading. There is no doubt that BlackMagic's DaVinci Resolve Studio is a great video editing package, and the free version, called simply Davinci Resolve, is our top pick of the best free video editing software out there. The best video editing software for colour grading As Premiere Pro is cross-platform, we rate it as the best video editing software overall.įor more details, see our full Adobe Premiere Pro review. Like all Creative Cloud software, Premiere Pro is constantly updated, and subscribers get all updates for free. You can work on an unlimited number of video tracks (we fired up four 4K videos in our testing), which can be imported from pretty much any source. The software supports 4K, 8K and VR formats, and trimming and editing tools give you a high degree of precision and control. Customisable keyboard shortcuts and superior collaboration features were the icing on the cake. ![]() We found this true when testing it out on both Mac and PC. In our experience, the automatic sync works like a dream when you have multi-angle shots, and it's hard to fault the fine-tuning tools that make your video stand out from the crowd. When we reviewed the software, we loved how it enhanced our productivity by dividing everything into different workspaces, including editing, effects and audio.

![]() I knew what a nugget was long before I was introduced to kale or capon. The nugget is a gateway drug, a young child’s unwitting indoctrination into the corporate culinary industrial complex. The nugget, with its multisyllabic emulsifiers and stabilizers, is almost exclusively the domain of fast food. The nugget is a dish that most high-minded establishments (or weeknight cooks) shy away from. It is more charcuterie than steak (albeit more mystery meat than artisanal sausage). If the tender is more pure product, more Jonathan Waxman, the nugget is more food science, more Wylie Dufresne, more manipulation - a polite way of saying more processed. I’ll take a chicken nugget any day over a chicken tender. Until you try a better version at Wendy’s. But dipping the engineered and salted protein disc that is the McNugget into a peel-away plastic-container filled with pure honey (and nothing else) is nearly a peerless fast-food experience. Biting into a Quarter Pounder mimics the sensation of chomping down on an oil-soaked sponge. The McNugget, by contrast, is an amalgamation of over 20 discrete ingredients - rib meat, breast meat, botanicals, chicken skin, sodium phosphates, autolyzed yeast extract, sodium acid pyrophosphate, safflower oil, dextrose, and other oddities - that are mixed, cut, molded, and fried in vegetable oil laced with the ominous-sounding (but innocuous) anti-foaming agent known as dimethylpolysiloxane.Īnd yet, the McNugget is the more delicious creation. Say what you will about the McDonald’s Quarter Pounder the hamburger patty is made of nothing but USDA-inspected beef. Rethink your go-to stacked roast beef sandwich order, because Arby's has set the standard for truly delicious chicken nuggets. No food is perfect, but the masterpiece of molecular gastronomy known as chicken nugget is aggressively imperfect. It's weird that we even have to say that, but here we are. You're getting mostly chicken, which is something other chains should aspire to offer in their nuggets. You simply won't find any nuggets that are mostly breading here. providing just enough for the necessary crispy and crunch in each bite. And unlike most nuggets we've tried, Arby's keeps the overall amount of breading in check. They remind us more of stubby chicken tenders than anything, and that's a good thing. Then again, these nuggets aren't exactly small. The meat-something Arby's has a little experience with-is tender and probably as juicy as you can possibly make it in such small pieces. The curly fries purveyor absolutely nails the chicken here. In fact, they're the best chicken nuggets in all of fast food right now, according to us at least. That's not the case with Arby's Premium Chicken Nuggets. Usually, brands slap the word on "premium" on products that are merely above average just to squeeze a little more money out of you. Image by Maitane Romagosa and Chineme Elobuike for Thrillist Our only wish is that they weren't so greasy. If you're craving a Popeyes Chicken Sandwich, but want a little less food for one reason or another, these nuggets will do the job. ![]() The chicken itself is tender, though not particularly juicy, like a lot of Popeyes chicken tenders we've eaten over the years. You can detect the buttermilk in the breading. Part of why we love them so much is that unique, signature Popeyes fried chicken flavor that's fried into each one. These are some of the bets chicken nuggets you can get right now. At the time, the chain boasted that the nuggets are made in the same way as the chicken on its sensational fried chicken sandwich, instantly setting extremely high expectations for itself. Popeyes is relatively new to the fast food chicken nugget scene, having only just launched this menu offering in summer of 2021. ![]() ![]() A very clean set up! I wrote it off as unbelievably good luck, considering I've read so many people lamenting about playing 300 hours and never finding any legendaries. I started writing this guide on sunday, and had found two legendaries at that point in this area. I'm adding this small section now that I've concluded that it isn't just a fluke: farming the lava phase beast on NG+++ with magic find nets you at least one legendary per two inventories. If you just slap on whatever you find that looks good, chances are you'll get through most of the content without a hitch. Running up to the Emberweave set, you could opt to cobble together a viable variation of the Wildwood set. You can have all that stuff in three or four lazy evenings. I also use some Chaos embers with movement speed. Combine the HP with 75% block and nothing will kill you on NG+++ normal. Incidentally, even though Emberweave's a lvl 70 set it will carry you to lvl 100 effortlessly, as well as through all battles in Tarroch's Tomb. ![]() I do not go into detail about the general gear because you can ultimately use whatever you like since you a) wont use it during the farming itself and b) it doesn't have to get you through the endgame content so it doesn't need too much thought/tweaking. I use some unique belt I found and have put zero thought into. I use The Centerwing for the cast speed as well as a wand with cast speed. I use the Emberweave set, a lvl 70 unique set that you will be able to obtain in the course of your farming sessions. Writing this I realize this is the point of any ARPG gear ever, but keep in mind that Im talking about normal difficulty, so the bar is not set very high. For efficiency's sake, use something that doesn't get you killed but lets you mow down monsters at a good pace. The goal of the general gear is to get you through the non-farming areas. Suppose an employee of a particular company purchases supplies for an event in January, for which he will be reimbursed on his February paycheck. The accrued cost/expense may be a rough estimate and often differs from the supplier's invoice, which arrives later. Since accrued costs imply a company's commitment to making payments in future, they are shown as current liabilities on the balance sheet. The accrued cost incurred by a company is recorded in the accounting period in which it was incurred and before it has been paid. It improves the accounting system’s accuracy, thus making things easier during audits. Next, a second (reverse) journal entry is prepared in the following period to reverse this entry. The accrued costs are debited from the suitable expense account and credited to an accrued liability account. The accounting of accrued expense journal entries is based on the double-entry system, which means while one account is debited, another is credited.
